Centrally located within the Snells Beach waterfront, 2 minutes walk from the beach and close to shops and facilities.
Our family's 3-bedroom townhouse-bach (semi-detached) is a perfect getaway for a few days, the week or a weekend. Suitable for couples or a small family.
Two playgrounds are within an easy 5 min walk and there are two kayaks to have fun in the safe waters of the bay.
Bring some rods and go fishing from a kayak or bring your SUP board.
This a recently redecorated townhouse with new lounge furniture available for your beach holiday, only 50 minutes from Auckland and 10 minutes from Warkworth or Matakana.
Omaha surf beach is a 20 minute drive north
Martins Bay is 5-10 minutes drive (for beach launching of any boat).

Summary: Great communication with owners. Warm and comfortable. It was a wet weekend so we didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the beach, but it was close by. Close to Matakana and Brick Bay Cafe which was great. I was in the Master bedroom and the bed was super comfy! Great shower. Enjoyable stay for our girls weekend.

Summary: Emma was so easy to deal with. The location is beautiful and the property was just right for what we needed. The house was tidy on arrival and very homely. We had all that we required for an enjoyable fanily getaway. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this property. I can honestly not fault anything about it as it met all our requirements and the view and sunrises were absolutely AMAZING. Thank you Emma🙏

Summary: This is an awesome little place, well located near the beach and shops. Couple of things to know; it doesnt have an oven which would have been good to know beforehand. We found one of those little benchtop ovens in the cupboard but couldnt cook our meal in there. No screens on the windows for mozzies and there were truckloads of them. The house is really super comfortable as are the beds and it has wverything else you need. We would happily stay again

Summary: Everything in the property was very clean and tidy and everything we needed was supplied. The bench oven worked perfectly for us and the kitchen was well equipped. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the views of Snells. Short walk to the playground and cafe a bonus.

Summary: We loved our stay, had everything we needed, and were very comfortable in the house. We all slept very well in the comfy beds. Great to have 2 fridges, and made good use of the bbq and convection oven for our dinners. Being able to sit outside on the deck for every meal was a treat. We really appreciated being able to bring our pup away, plenty of yard for him to run around in.

Summary: Awesome comfortable property with everything we needed. So close to beach and beautiful walkway along the waterfront wonderful long weekend and a bonus doggie could come too. Love to stay again !
